“Not installed our flooring yet, so this is about ordering/delivery only. The product looks good + the free samples helped us decide on the product. Decent price. Delivery was expensive and we got absolutely no tracking/info on the day to let us know an estimated time or how many stops away etc. You only get an hour to check for defects which is ridiculous as it took nearly that long to carry inside as it's kerbside delivery only. A lot of the packets were ripped open so we may have damage that we're unaware of.”

“Judith was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and I was very pleased. However, the delivery driver was hours late and unhelpful. It’s a shame that all of Judith’s efforts to provide great customer care are not mirrored by the delivery company.”

“From ordering to delivering the product was super quick, plenty of products to choose from, only thing that put me off slightly was the 40 delivery fee, didn't qualify for the free delivery as I was spending 350”

“Got some sample through quickly, had a follow up email to show interest which was good, not too much where sometimes that can annoy me as a customer. Chose out tiles which had arrived today. Great service”

“Not laid the flooring yet but delivery update was good and delivered right to the door. Initial delivery date when purchased was a couple of days, but almost instantly after ordering the delivery was changed as the item wasn’t in stock. Made no difference to us, but could have been an issue if we were expecting delivery as dated when we ordered.”
