“Request for samples was quickly and efficiently received; thank you. Great quality products at good value prices but delivery costs would negate savings to be made on the small quantity of flooring I required so decided not to proceed on this occasion.”

“Good variety available, got the colour I wanted which wasn't available in the required thickness elsewhere. Only drawback is the delivery charge compared to most other suppliers, who are free or low priced, especially when making such a big order. Also, I called head office and was promised I would get a call before the delivery arrived. Luckily a family member was ready to receive it otherwise I would have missed it as no call came.”

“Great flooring I have had a few little niggles with the short edge of a box being damaged but nothing that wasn’t sorted quickly. I love that you can use the “VR” to see what the flooring will look like in a room before you buy it!”
