“The sample i received was a little small”

“The overall experience was positive. However, the images on the website were far from what I got as samples (what looked as 3 totally different colours turned out to be very similar ones), so I was a bit disappointed that only 3 samples were allowed.”

“I requested samples online and they arrived very quickly. I really liked one of the laminate samples but the thickness of 12mm was not suitable for our project.”

“The website is very straight forward and easy to understand,Very helpful telephone sales and aftercare team, I personally had an issue with some missing items from my order and whilst this was a courier error and nothing to do with Discount flooring, they took charge of the situation and went above and beyond to get the issue resolved within 48hrs at no additional cost to myself.”
