“Hi! My experience of ordering with discount flooring depot was flawless, simple and without fault. I appreciate the recommendations for accessories once I put the flooring in my basket. The only down side was that one of the packs arrived damaged. I have photos that can be provided on request. Many thanks!”

“Flooring is lovely, delivery is expensive but as tge flooring itself is a good price it didn't really matter. I love the floor so much that I wanted to have it in the lounge too, but unfortunately one pack came smashed at the end so I'm debating on whether I should take the risk... apart from that all I can say is that it looks and feels wayyyy more expensive than it is.”

“Flooring is lovely, unfortunately it was out of stock after I ordered it, delivery was only delayed by three days and customer services kept me upto day with delivery time on the new date due to work commitments thanks”

“Excellent flooring and very easy to fit. One slight problem, a few joints seem to slip apart so I had to lift and relay part of the flooring and glue those troublesome joints. absolutely fine now and very pleased with the end result.”

“Delivery company let yourselves down massively with no communication on an order that was delivered late. Took the day off work so I had 2 days to fit new floor and didn’t arrive till midday the following day so my floor is not complete and front room is a complete mess now.”

“Samples delivered quickly. The only downside is the size of the samples being on a smaller size. Ideally, at least 2 large planks (3 even better) would be needed to get a realistic idea of what it’d look like, especially if the intention is laminate the entire flat”

“Excellent quality material and perfect colour of the beading I ordered particularly as DFD were the only company stocking it. Even though only a part of the order was delivered initially Customer Services assisted efficiently and professionally ensuring that the rest of the order was received well in time. Very good experience all round and would definitely do business with you again .”

“Hello The assistant at customer support Dean was amazing very helpful and was a pleasure to deal with Unfortunatly I was not happy with the delivery procedure the delivery driver was fantastic but road side delivery for 74 sq meters of flooring is shocking it was raining heavy and windy and all had to be handballed in to the house up my drive and off the road it could not be left there as it is a renovation and is not occupied at the moment, there was only me there to do this I think you need to make an option that buyers can choose to have assistance on delivery I feel sorry for the older generation if this happens to them”
