“While their sales team was great, they have failed to deliver on the day where I paid for the 2h slot, failed to announced me, then the next day they have arrived 6 hours later than initially planned, practically wasting two working days for my workers.”

“Returned flooring and they only returned 1/3 of my money, they still owe me £130!!! No reply customer complaint email, no phone number can call. Terrible customer service will not be using ever again!!”

“We ordered laminate flooring and the accessories from this company. The laminate arrived, but the courier had gotten part of the boxes wet. I contacted the company, and they responded immediately, resolved the issue, and delivered everything on time. Now the laminate looks excellent, and we can’t wait to see how beautiful it will look once it’s installed. They reply quickly to questions and communicate with the customer, which is very valuable and important. The product fully matches what you see online. I ordered online, and the quality and service are outstanding. Thank you very much.”

“Lovely product will definitely be purchasing more for other rooms in the house only downside was the delivery I purchased the 2 hour slot time and delivery driver turned up an hour and a half early luckily I was in and as he was taking my pallet off the truck he clipped the corner and broke the corner off 2 planks which I just used as cuts so not a huge issue. But the product itself I'm very very happy with”

“Ordered free samples from this site, really love the option of purchasing these especially with online stores when you can't see the product in person prior to buying. The samples arrived quickly and were well packaged. I don't really understand the limit on only being able to purchase 3 samples at a time when the site actively encourages you to make multiple orders to 'find your perfect floor' but it didn't bother me too much. Having these samples definitely helped us on our buying journey.”

“My husband spoke to a member of Discount Flooring as he needed some advice. The gentleman he spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to help with our query and we ordered the flooring. We were advised on the necessary underlay. We received our order promptly and it was well packaged. I would certainly recommend Discount Flooring.”
