“Good quality flooring. Delivery was on time (on stated day). However the delivery driver refused to take away the wooden pallet (I think because it was damaged) so I had to take that to a recycling dump. Main issue was I over-ordered and wanted to return one pack. I was told there would be a £75 charge to return any item (each pack costing £32 or so), which basically nade returns unviable.”

“Flooring was a great price. Delivery was very good. Some of the panels in the pack were damaged but it was too late to report them via the form because we didn’t open them until a day or two after delivery”

“Having bought before from discount flooring we were confident that all would go well. Samples were sent and the order placed. The price was less than a local supplier. The delivery this morning went well and the driver put the packs in the garage for us which was a very great help. Full marks all round.”
