“The Discount Flooring Depot website has a simple layout which makes it exceedingly easy to navigate around and select samples at choice. The ability to select numerous flooring samples without paying p&p is a huge bonus. While the samples are delivered swiftly.”

“I found it quite easy to look at and find what I was looking for. Instead of winning Amazon vouchers, you could give the winner the chose of Amazon vouchers or extra discount off the flooring they purchase.”

“Quick delivery and good service with Discount Flooring Depot. A little bit dissappointed that laminate wasnt water resistant at all. As when some water was on it got damaged may be not good for kitchen areas”

“Positives about the new website would be big, clear imagery which is a major factor in deciding which floor to pick. The search function is great and gives a lot of useful auto suggestions. The mega menu is very useful in directing the user to what elements they need to think about. A few things I would improve are the search filters - currently you can only select one at a time and wait for the page to reload which is very time consuming. The fact that you can order free samples is great, but functionality could be improved here - you can only add 3 to your basket, and there is no way to favourite or save different floor types, so I ended up having a whole bunch of tabs open to narrow down my decision. From the overview page, if you try and add a 4th free sample, there is no indication that this has not been added to your basket. Still a good site, and many positives, but could be improved especially on mobile view”

“Unable to comment on delivery/quality as order not yet received. Ok website though with lots of choice and free sample delivery feature is very helpful. One irritating website feature though is even when filter applied, it showed others. For example I applied a 'dark filter to the search but lots of light products still displayed.”

“I am eagerly awaiting my free sample which should be with me imminently. The variety of laminate flooring which I looked at is vast, and the deals for discounted underlay are fab! I am hoping to buy in the very near future as I have had a glowing endorsement from a close friend.”
