“Site is colourful and good size font. Photos of flooring very good and of course prices excellent! My only criticism is that there are too many pop ups on the site - I don't like the bottom banner that appears and covers prices on bottom row of products.”

“Well structured and easy to use website. Good deals and an easy layout to find them. The blogs are also handy for tips as well as the free sample service before purchasing. I had a response and my samples were dispatched within 12 hours.”

“Great web site, easy to navigate and prices instantly displayed, also simple area calculator. I only ordered samples and even that was quick and straightforward. The only thing I would suggest is high resolution images in full page mode to get a better idea of finish otherwise it would have been full stars. Thank you”

“Needed some samples for my bathroom floor project, a first sample of which arrived in a few days, hopefully the other to follow soon. My only comment about the web site would be that the pictures of the finished floors are too small to really get a true idea of the finish so a a larger image should be available on click or roll over to make choosing and assessment of the product easier.”
