“Good prices, quick delivery once stock had arrived. I ordered the victorian tile effect laminate for my floor which is not bad, I was looking for classical/traditional tile effect patterns on laminate flooring, I have seen fleur-de-lis tile effect and similar in Paris but cannot find that in the UK.”

“I bought 5 packets of Light Grey North Cape laminate flooring. The quality of the panels was average and 3 out of 5 packets were damaged, I managed to make it work and use the worse panels on the less visible part of the room. However they look very good.”

“The flooring and pricing was good and delivery was arranged for a set day. Unfortunately ordered the wrong item and was quite costly to exchange for a small order which was frustrating as had to pay for two deliveries (once for return and once for new delivery)”

“Good prices and excellent telephone advice. An improvement would be to enter square metres and a calculation automatically made to number of boxes required. Delivery charge a bit expensive especially as morning or afternoon cannot be offered without extra charge.”

“I had spotted a a really good deal on laminate flooring and had a budget of £600.00 for a charity that we are helping. The staff were super helpful and were able to signpost and direct me appropriately. Found that the website had gone down and was not able to make the purchase there and then, however, the following day the website was easy to navigate and I was able to place an order. Really helpful staff and really pleased with the ease of purchase and advice that was offered”
