“Good prices and excellent telephone advice. An improvement would be to enter square metres and a calculation automatically made to number of boxes required. Delivery charge a bit expensive especially as morning or afternoon cannot be offered without extra charge.”

“I had spotted a a really good deal on laminate flooring and had a budget of £600.00 for a charity that we are helping. The staff were super helpful and were able to signpost and direct me appropriately. Found that the website had gone down and was not able to make the purchase there and then, however, the following day the website was easy to navigate and I was able to place an order. Really helpful staff and really pleased with the ease of purchase and advice that was offered”

“Arrived when it was supposed and in excellent condition. Exact product as ordered and packaging protected efficiently. Yet to lay the flooring but so far very happy with the product. Emails were sent with specific instructions to check the product before signing for delivery and 15 minutes was allowed to check everything was in tact.”

“The layout of the webpage overall is rather well thought out. The bold writing as well as the categories for each flooring type make the viewer well aware of where their desired flooring material is located within the webpage. Although I myself had minimal issues viweing and using the webpage at first, the main problem the kept reoccurring was that on a mobile platform espevially, filtering the results in any manner would distort the results from time to time, this definitley needs fixing. However, this issue did not seem to impact me as a user too much since overall the front page I was directed to when clicking on my desired category already seemed to display a variety of options i was vwry happy with. The other issue I also encountered ,was that after ordering the sample pieces although i had been told when the items were dispatched the tracking page did not tell me when my items will arrive which made it rather frustrating since i would have to wait in anticipation. Also, credit should be given the webpage designer since he colour scheme and font of wriring is very appealing to eye and user friendly. Even the little introductory text into each type of flooring is rather pleasant to read. Overall the webpage would get a solid 8/10 from me.”

“Browsing through google and I came across this gem of a site. Very happy with the wide choice on offer and free samples to boot. Few clicks away and order processed and dispatched by the end of the day. Impressed indeed. Two days later the samples came and now is the difficult process of deciding which one to choose. I highly recommend.”

“I thought the website was well laid out without being too trashy. The tabs on the front page are large enough that you have no problem navigating through the website. I especially like the fact that it has tabs informing you how to take care of the floors as this isn't something you see on other sites”
