“I had initially ordered flooring from another company but cancelled when I saw this Moroccan Vintage flooring for my hallway. It’s beautiful and there’s an excellent choice of immediate delivery dates. Customer Care are quick to follow up with phone calls and I was given free underlay to make up for missing out on the offer by a few hours. Only issue was the underlay was not added to the order, but I had the choice to still receive if I paid the delivery cost. Far cheaper and more value than elsewhere. The photos on the website do not do the flooring justice. I’m delighted with it. Helpful delivery driver too.”

“I ordered herringbone laminate flooring with matching beading and was very pleased with the service I received both from the Discount Flooring Depot and the courier companies that used for delivery. They answered all my questions in a prompt and professional manner and sent out samples so I could get a good idea on how it was going to look. The samples arrived quickly, and once I placed my order I received confirmation of my payment and was informed that I would receive an e-mail letting me know the items are being dispatched. Then they followed up with a second email telling me my goods were on their way. I found this company very customer orientated who looked after their customers and kept to their promises. I would recommend this company to all my family and friends...Many thanks for your service.”

“Quite a wide selection of flooring. The samples are a little disappointing as you can’t really et a true idea of what the flooring looks like due to the size and shape of the cut”

“I’ve only ordered a sample so far, but the experience thus far has been really good. The sample was free, and I had emails to confirm it was on the way. Also, really liked the tips email about the sample - ie see it in different lights, walk on it bare foot etc. Nice touch guys!! Looking forward to getting the sample and maybe making a full purchase. Thanks for making it so easy and helpful.”

“Easy to use website, helpful web chat. Great tool to calculate the quantity needed and prices up the products for you. Very helpful, free flooring sample arrived earlier than anticipated within 3 working days. Really pleased so far and they even said they could store the flooring until we move”

“Order on time and all fine, but delivery driver wasn't happy to wait for me to check the items for any damage and left the palette to me. I knew that will be delivered on a palette, but should be taken away. What can I do with it, I did not order it.”

“The filter boxes on the left-hand side make it very easy to narrow down what type of flooring you're looking for (e.g. light vs dark). It's clear what the prices are and what the main features of different flooring is. I would suggest improving some of the images; sometimes you look at an image and the flooring looks very dark, then you hover and another image shows up where it looks much lighter. if the pictures are taken in different lighting conditions it makes it hard to understand how it looks. maybe for each floor you can have a "daylight" and "in room" image or so.”
