“Absolutely disgusting. No tracking which meant flooring was left in my driveway and by the time I had got home it had been stolen off the main road! Can't get through on the phone lines so sent an email as of yet no response!”

“I am very impressed by the service provided by Discount Flooring, Dean called me to check if I have received the sample, then again another call to confirm that I had received the sample and obtained my opinion, even though the sample was not suitable, he took it upon himself to guide me through the website to check the samples, this is rare for an online shop. “I ordered samples and now in the process of placing our order. The samples came really quickly and they even put extra samples of underlay for us to look at which i thought was very thoughtful. After receiving the samples I even got a follow-up call from sales team. The lady from the sales team was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.”
