“You have to check the flooring as soon as it comes. My wife took delivery and didn’t notice that two packs where damaged and can’t be used I informed the customer service only to be told you have 60 minutes to check and inform them. I was at work and didn’t notice till later. So now I’m two packs short. Will never use this company again.”

Hi Jon, At each stage of the buying process, we advise customers that they must inspect the flooring once it is delivered. In most cases, with a quick walk around the pallet, you will spot damage such as yours. Because the damage happened through the delivery we replace the damaged packs free of charge.

“I was pleased with the samples sent and will actually be ordering laminate flooring shortly from Discount Flooring depot. I have finally found one floor I like, and which the floor fitter also recommended. Out of 5 online companies, this is the only one which stated "free samples", which were actually free as the others normally charge you delivery fees, once you checkout.”

“Really can’t argue with the service we have received to date, ordered both laminate and underlay samples which arrived promptly. I questioned if the quote price I was given on ordering the samples would be held over and it wasn’t a problem. Since receiving the samples we have amended our order which was fine with Discount Flooring, now really looking forward to receiving the flooring and given my experience so far have every confidence it will look great and support will be there if I need it to get it fitted😊”
