“Laminate arrived late & damaged, 7 out of 8 boxes, thought here we go with hassle for refund or exchange. Not the case filled in a form replacement received in 2 working days. Pretty Impressive Customer Service.”

“Discount Flooring was very helpful when I had done something wrong on my order. Luckily, it hadn't been sent out and they were able to amend it at no extra cost. the customer service was very helpful and polite and gave very good advice. He even went and checked the colour of beading that will match my laminate the best for me. Thank you very much.”
