“I telephoned Discount Flooring with a question, Dean answered promptly and certainly knew the products well, he even warned me that the laminate I was about to order was not compatible with the previous manufactures. He also advised me on the correct underlay. Delivery was within 3 working days although the window of time was 8.0 to 6.15, with kerbside delivery so not ideal for everyone. The trim came separately, which Dean warned me about, and arrived the next day.”

“The flooring is great but I had to send a pack back as it was damaged on arrival. I understand these things happen but I have emailed twice (when I called about it that’s what I’m told to do) but I’ve had no response and my first email was sent 6 days ago and my second one 2 days ago. So customers service not great especially as I’m worried that if we don’t get a replacement pack we won’t have enough flooring now. My scores reflect this issue and not the flooring.”

“Discount Flooring Depot sent us 3 samples as requested, which arrived promptly. The quality looked good, but unfortunately, none of the samples were a good match for the real travertine stone floor we already had. We have since found another supplier whose flooring is a much closer colour match to our existing, and have placed an order with them, despite being considerably more expensive than DFD. This in no way reflects badly on DFD, and I would recommend anyone to check out their range before going elsewhere. Mr A. Clay.”
