“I requested a sample only which arrived promptly. The size of the sample was acceptable and the product was as shown on the website . A great quality product.”

“Very nice and friendly service. The only thing I don't understand is how they can charge £40 delivery on a £70 order. Didn't make sense in my case. Otherwise I'd have ordered.”

“Discount floorings is very helpful, I order some samples which were free and they came the next day so that I could choose what flooring I would like. They also sent a leaflet suggesting what underlay what would be best for different types of flooring, which i was in two minds about before.”

“Samples arrived quickly and in good condition. One of the samples is cut so small it makes it hard to see what a full plank would look like but they are v helpful for colour references.”

“Had my delivery fast! Flooring was beautiful, 2 packs came broken but i contacted them and they got back to me within an hour! They Sent new flooring for me the next day!”

“Great ordering system and product. Slight delay in receiving the product (day after confirmed delivery) but customer services were great in arranging the delivery and refunding me some of the costs for delivery.”
