“The customer service I received from various people at Discount Flooring Depot was very good. The only negative part I had is the person that was assigned to me was a bit pushy......I understand they are trying to make a sale but after I had received a quote from Discount Flooring Depot which is valid for 7 days, I was being urged to place the order by being told that they can’t guarantee if the flooring would go by the time I place the order. That was the only negative experience.”

“Floor boards are great but the beading colouring could be a better fit. The delivery could be explained better on website too. That it comes on a pallet and beading separate when ordering as opposed to after order is placed. Other than that pretty happy.”

“Good price, all arrived undamaged, floor looks beautiful. Driver said that really they are not supposed to give us 15 minutes to check but he did give me adequate time to check the packets anyway and helped me to check the packets”
