“Ordered samples to compare. Swift speedy delivery. Will be ordering the flooring from discount flooring depot as website description has full explanation on each flooring and what it covers ie waterproof underfloor heating and warranty”

“I would have selected excellent, For the honesty and transparency of an issue they communicated and rectified. On this occasion the purchase was good, escalating to excellent customer service and reaction from the whole of the team.
