“Judith was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and I was very pleased. However, the delivery driver was hours late and unhelpful. It’s a shame that all of Judith’s efforts to provide great customer care are not mirrored by the delivery company.”

“Do not buy from here. £45 for kirbside delivery, I am 7 months pregnant and the driver left the flooring outside and would not help. Once received the flooring was not remotely what was advertised. In the pictures and what it states is light oak. It’s definitely not light oak. I spoke to customer services and they informed me it was totally my problem and I had to pay £75 to return the ‘grey’ flooring. The representative even stated it had a grey streak. It’s definitely Dont buy from here, not interested when you have an issue. I’m £115 out of pocket for their pictures and descriptions not being correct.”

“i paid for express delivery and waited in all day apart from a 30 minute window that i needed to pop out to get supplies for the customer i was doing the job for, i rang discount floor before leaving as was told yes you can go out there is no problem or risk of it getting delivered as we dont even have a time yet, for it to get delivered 10 mins after that phone call and having to go to the couries yard that they use a 70 mile round trip to keep my customer happy, made a complaint for some reimbusrement and now i am being ignored, such poor communication with purchasing customers and staff your end”
