“I bought 33 packs of laminate and in one box (the box was undamaged) the laminate edges where damaged. Courier brought on pallet, carefully packed. DFD can`t blame damage with the courier as from outside all boxes were fine. I got in touch with DFD and they say they require notification of damaged goods on the day of delivery. I am a woman, I cannot lift all these 33 boxes to check one by one. I have to wait fitter Poor customer service. Will never buy from DFD again.”

“I haven't purchased my flooring yet but I had requested samples which were easy to find and arrange. They were sent out very quickly and I was really impressed with the range and quality. I've had a follow up call from one of their customer service members for my feedback and I told them I loved the samples but I'm currently painting the house so I will be finishing that before I choose my flooring. 10/10 service”

“i bought 15 packs costing over £700 just over a month a go my soon who lives i London came down and arranged for it to be fitted i live in Liverpool fitter started to lay floor the 3rd box he open the edges where damaged the box was undamaged got in touch with DFD there not bothered saying should check on day off delivery how do i check if the box is undamaged i have 12 more boxs to check not going to let this drop i shall be getting in touch with trading standers keep you informed”

“Not installed our flooring yet, so this is about ordering/delivery only. The product looks good + the free samples helped us decide on the product. Decent price. Delivery was expensive and we got absolutely no tracking/info on the day to let us know an estimated time or how many stops away etc. You only get an hour to check for defects which is ridiculous as it took nearly that long to carry inside as it's kerbside delivery only. A lot of the packets were ripped open so we may have damage that we're unaware of.”

“Chose to look at website as good choice at reasonable prices. Ordered samples of laminate flooring which arrived within 3 days. Found the website easy to follow and the very useful tool of showing you what the flooring would look ilike n your home is definitely a help in choosing.
