“Ordered free samples, appreciate that delivery was free too. Smaller than some others I have received but do the job. Less likely to buy now after recieving calls/emails right after delivery.”

“Looked around for flooring found discount flooring depot as half the price,order came next morning great product looks amazing laid had 4 packs of underlay left over sent an email about returning them their customer service is second to none underlay picked up within 3 days will defo be using again 👌👌👌”

“Just moved into my new house and started looking at flooring! Ordered the free samples and one of their representatives gave me a call and offered to help us if we did want to go ahead and to see if she could offer any discount. Once I’ve decided what sample to use I will definitely be coming back!”

“Quick delivery but I feel the delivery charges are not justified…. If you are spending £££ it should come with free delivery. Also its a con to charge you £75 for returns. I had some boxes left over and wanted to send it back. I was informed by customer service that it would could £75…. Absolutely a con and I will not be using this company again or recommend them to anyone”
