“Samples and flooring was delivered quickly and efficiently. However, when we received our order the underlay was missed. We contacted the customer service team and were told the finance team will be in touch to confirm the refund - 5 working days have now passed and still no refund. The delay is causing significant frustration as we do not have the disposable funds to cover the cost of a new underlay. Customer service of this business is not satisfactory. Very disappointing.”

“The flooring I bought was of excellent quality and looks very neat in my bathroom. The flooring came on the date requested bu was delayed (due to terrible weather conditions). When I contacted customer service, I was kept informed about the wherabouts of the driver. This reassured me. The transaction was smooth and customer service were great. Many thanks”

“Excellent service. Whilst waiting for samples I had a call. The lady asked which flooring I was interested in. I named the two and was desperate to have the samples asap as I had my fitting booked. The lady on the call got samples from the warehouse and took photos of them next to each other so I could have an idea. I then purchased chosen one that same day after the email and flooring arrived the next morning.”
