“Very good customer service. Our order was one item short. I emailed on the day of delivery and was contacted straight back to say the missing item would dispatched the following day. I cannot fault the service and the flooring looks great too.”

“The service that I have received so far as been amazing! I put the items in my basket after deciding on the laminate flooring and had an email from a lovely lady named Judith stating that the underlay wasn’t suitable for the flooring. She talked me through the process and helped with the order. I highly recommend.”

“Keep getting pestered for reviews.. so far not great sent wrong samples took couple days longer the expected looking to order asap.. then got an email saying you sent the wrong samples and still waiting for new ones to arrive overall not the best start, also your gold underlays priced stupidly high compared to everywhere else. Hopefully I get the right samples today 👌🏼🙌🏼”
