“Service from flooring depot was satisfactory, service from the courier horrific. Flooring was originally lost on day of delivery , no option to change alternative day of delivery . Finally dumped on the drive, extensively damaged without so much as a card through the door.. Not what I was expecting.”

“Flooring was disappointing. Easily chipped and issues to fit together. Underlay was brilliant though. One pkt of flooring had been resealed and one of the planks was already cut! Once installed it does look nice. Ordered too many though and have 2pkts surplus which I will use elsewhere in the house.”
