“love my floor, 2 floor boards were chipped but otherwise nice. annoyed yiu only get 75% back for unopened unused items though”

“Ordered a few samples of laminate flooring for our new home. Speedy delivery and the samples arrived in great condition and gave us a clear idea of what we want. We'll definitely be buying from discount flooring when we're ready to install the floor.”

“Excellent quality material and perfect colour of the beading I ordered particularly as DFD were the only company stocking it. Even though only a part of the order was delivered initially Customer Services assisted efficiently and professionally ensuring that the rest of the order was received well in time. Very good experience all round and would definitely do business with you again .”

“Delivered quickly although as I work shifts I couldn't check the goods for a few days and found some damaged boards. Because I didn't check the goods within 60 mins of receipt I couldn't claim.”

“Second order of laminate as we loved it so much and would like it in the hallway too. The order came super fast but unfortunately was damaged in transit. The delivery company pointed this out on arrival and said they would contact Discount Flooring and asked me to do same. Almost immediately I received an email to say replacement flooring was being sent out which arrived the following day. Amazing customer service. Thank you”

“My second review and nothing has changed, excellent! We needed one more pack of flooring, we hoped to source closer to home due to the cost of the deliver and the company didn't turn me away they gave me all the info I needed to try find it else where. Unfortunately I couldn't so we had to fork out for the delivery cost. However once again what a lovely delivery guy,, he checked we were in before unloading, asked if I wanted the pallet it was on, I said no as I still have the last hanging around and he very kindly took that away for me. Simple kindness that made my day, thank you discount flooring!”

“flooring is great however delivery company said they was going to deliver Friday. Confirmed on a phone call at 16:00 on the Friday that driver will be with me by 17:00. Received a call at 18:30 to say driver was not coming today and will be with me Monday. Order arrived Monday.”
