“I was very pleased with the prompt delivery service but I was charged £35 delivery charge for standard delivery which I felt should not happen as I spent over £600.I didnt realise until after as I thought I had read 10% off plus free delivery .”

“The first thing to say is that the boxes of flooring panels were extremely well packaged. Delivered on a pallet with a protective MDF panel on top, protected corners and plenty of protective wrapping. No chance of damage in transit (unlike my kitchen worktops which just had a flimsy bit of polythene and were damaged). Very happy with Discount Flooring as a company and yes we love our new flooring !”

“I got a beautiful sample of wood im actually in love with the colour the thickness even got a sample of the underlay to show you how good the quality really is. I’m just measuring up and going to get what I need I can’t wait to enjoy my new flooring when it is all down.”

“We had ordered the wrong flooring and Judith wasso helpful In changing it for us and photographed the colours in different light so I could make the right choice, we are delighted with it,I was after having a lady working in the chemist been so rude and unhelpful and it was so nice to see that there is good customer service and nice people around still, soI would recommend you highly to people.”
