“The quality of the samples received were of a good quality and we have chosen to order for our kitchen. Delivery was a little slow but I think that was a problem with our post rather than the company as the dispatch notification was received in adequate time.”

“My experience with the company was ok. The delivery was dumped outside my house, practically in a bush on a heavy pallet so that was a nightmare to deal with. Also, lots of damaged boards in various lacks of the flooring.”

“481754 With reference to the above order number, first of all I am not impressed with the courier, I phoned him 3 times to try and get an idea when approximately he would be here so I could be here to check and accept the delivery. He didn’t answer any of the calls or reply to my voicemail, consequently I had to leave my wife to accept the delivery. I had just arrived home and checked the flooring and found one of the panels is damaged. I contacted customer service and they agreed to refund me for the damaged panel. I never received the refund so now I think I was just fobbed off. I will never deal with this company again.”
