“Received a free sample of laminate flooring, looks of a very good quality & arrived very quickly, on inspection we decided to go ahead and make a purchase,we were contacted to say the flooring was out of stock & were given a new delivery date, were also contacted by phone to ask if we were happy with the sample nice touch, hopefully the flooring Wii look great on completion”
