“Appalling delivery service. Website states 'Flooring will be delivered to the closest point of entry to your property. For the safety of our drivers and customers, drivers will not be able to bring the delivery inside your home. " I'm in a first floor apartment so thought this would be at least outside my door. Don't consider the foyer of my building to be MY property. When requesting driver to bring it up as my baby was sleeping he said he'd park the car and bring it up but didn't return. Lady at Customer services was extremely rude. Had to ask someone to watch the baby so I could pick it up. Do not purchase from this company if u live in a flat!”

“Fantastic company. Couldn’t find the flooring we wanted as every other seller couldn’t get it to us in time. Contacted Discount flooring depot who had the exact one, fast delivery, even replaced the slightly damaged underlay. Also the customer service was 1st class. Thank you DFD.”

“Our new floor looks amazing ! We are first one buyers and just replaced the living room, very easy to put together and the quality is on point. Had so many compliments already it really brings the room together. The reason for 4 starts and not 5 is because the shipping is a little expensive but that’s the only reason !”

“Very easy to order, pay and get delivery . We was very impressed with our bedroom flooring that we did the living room flooring and went on to the hall way and kitchen, which is waiting to be put down. The quality is very good and its so easy to keep clean. I would defintely recommend Discount flooring depot to anyone for quality and price. Delivery is easily done and you can pick out a day that suits you.”

“Easy enough to request a sample. It arrived in pretty good time. The quality however was lacking... For what looked to be of higher quality in description, wasn't exactly what turned up. Under the lights, the coating on the sample was unexpectedly shiny. Quite strange. Won't be ordering from here, but if you want cheap then this is the place.”
