“My delivery was left outside the front of my house. The delivery driver did not wait for me to get to the door. They had driven off before. I could get there. As I'm disabled I was very upset about this. I had to wait until my friend came round to get it in for me. Once it was inside i saw the note on the outside saying not to accept damaged items. I had no choice as it was left by the delivery driver. I'm sure the product will be excellent once its installed. But I'd get better deliveres.”

“Incredibly efficient and helpful after the flooring I ordered on line was actually out of stock and we needed new one put down quickly. They emailed and called and we sorted out a new make that day and they expressed it to us for the builder. Will definitely use again as both price and customer service was fantastic.”

“The flooring is good quality and came on time however was left on a pallet outside my house. I am a young female who lives alone so I had to move this alone. It is done to save the company money but what if you weren’t strong enough to move this!?”

“Very easy company to deal with, no issues at all with ordering or delivery. Floor has been down a couple of years and still looks pretty much brand new! I'll be ordering flooring for my bedroom soon and I'll be using this company again. That's how good they are! :)”
