“Placed my order but unfortunately there was a delay with the delivery, through no fault of Discount Flooring. They kept in touch and refunded delivery costs, and even offered me a full refund. A new date for delivery was arranged and I received the flooring on that day. Well done for keeping your promise to me, as many companies have a “couldn’t care less” attitude. I would certainly recommend you within a heartbeat.”
