“There was a wide range of flooding designs and colours to choose from each with full description and colour . The best thing I liked about the site was the free samples you send the customers . Overall really good x”

“I was very pleased with the click vinyl flooring which was delivered on time and I was happy with the price. Unfortunately a large number of the tiles were defective due to some sort of manufacturing problem. My complaint was dealt with courteously and I was sent replacements without delay. So I would recommend the service given.”

“I found the people I spoke to very helpful and the site is very good..I can certainly recommend to friends. However, there was one big snag…they don't have any means of transporting orders to Scotland, so I was unable to purchase. I have bought from another site, the same flooring but more expensive than it would have cost at the Depot..great pity. I would have given 5* but this omission caused me to give 4*!”

“The website is user friendly and the filtering butons on the left hand side are very handy to simmer down your research. Prices are very competitive and it is great that you can order samples in order to make up your mind. No need to go to a shop in person anymore.”

“I ordered some engineered oak flooring back in January. Discount flooring were good enough to keep hold of it until I needed it. This turned out to be some four months later! When I rang to arrange delivery they were great and made arrangements for a date to fit in with my schedule. Unfortunately, the consignment got delayed in transit (courier's fault) but only by one day and someone at Discount flooring contacted the courier and then telephoned me on the day to give me the estimated time of arrival. Can't fault their customer service and the flooring looks to be of a very high standard. (Not laid at time of writing this review.)”
