“Came to discount flooring for one reason ..discount. Pallet arrived in one peice. Upon installation ,several items damaged (i.e. Chipped / split) within the sealed pack so no way of checking until half way through the job. Flimsy material , not best quality but a nice color.”

“Wide range of products but it's easy to dial in on exactly what I need. The calculator is useful for total costing and being able to get free samples really helps in seeing how it will look when it's actually in the room. Quick, simple and competitive.....don't really know what else you would want from an online shopping experience.”

“There was a wide range of flooding designs and colours to choose from each with full description and colour . The best thing I liked about the site was the free samples you send the customers . Overall really good x”

“I was very pleased with the click vinyl flooring which was delivered on time and I was happy with the price. Unfortunately a large number of the tiles were defective due to some sort of manufacturing problem. My complaint was dealt with courteously and I was sent replacements without delay. So I would recommend the service given.”

“I found the people I spoke to very helpful and the site is very good..I can certainly recommend to friends. However, there was one big snag…they don't have any means of transporting orders to Scotland, so I was unable to purchase. I have bought from another site, the same flooring but more expensive than it would have cost at the Depot..great pity. I would have given 5* but this omission caused me to give 4*!”
