“At the moment we are stil at the selection stage but Discount Flooring have been really helpful when we have requested samples. It is easy to select on line and then the next day they call you to confirm it is on its way. Nice customer service approach. We look forward to making a selection and getting it ordered.”

“I didn't actually purchase.I had a sample delivered'very promptly and thank-you for that. When I placed my order i found the delivery charge quite extortionate so I cancelled it.”

Thank you for your feedback, Product Lam258 We are pleased you love the floor. The £35 delivery charge is to cover the goods arriving palliated, strapped and wrapped which prevents your order arriving damaged. This cost is kept lower than the actual cost to us. We are sorry that you found this too expensive.

“Flooring is excellent and looks great. The negative was we needed one more pack to finish the floor and this was £24 but we're then charged another £35 for delivery which is rubbish quite frankly. I'd just ordered £1100 worth of floor and needed one more pack but no stock carried and the "it's just the way it is sorry" approach and lack of flexibility from sales guy was a bit disappointing”

Thank you for your feedback product LAM184 We are sorry you felt the delivery charges had been high for one box. We have to send all our floors on a pallet, it is this space on a van which we are required to pay for, the £35 we charge does not cover this cost in full. I apologise if this had not been explained to you at the time.
