“I ordered some flooring samples which were delivered very promptly, this was followed up by Judith asking if the samples were ok or if i needed anymore assistance in choosing my next floor covering. Samples were of good quality and Judith was very informative about products. When I decide which one I shall be choosing I will not hesitate to call Judith”

“The Palermo sample is nice. Thank you for sending me a sample. I currently have Palermo serenity LVT sample on the floor in the room it is intended for, so I look at it everyday to really see how it looks in situ. I also have a few other samples which are also in situ, and at the moment I am having trouble deciding, possibly the Palermo is not what looks right to me but I do change from day to day. However I need to decide soon as the builder who is going to do our kitchen will be coming in a few weeks, he has some building work to do first before laying the floor but he wants to be done by christmas. Will be in touch soon.”

“Great quality and super fast delivery. Scheduled for 3 working days after ordering, which worked great for us as we had a short turnaround time. Delivery driver was polite and happy to deliver direct to our garage at the rear of the property. Cost was comparative with other suppliers, so would also say good value for money.”

“Couldn’t recommend enough. The flooring is beautiful and such good quality. So happy with our choice. Also a massive thank you to Jason, the best customer service received from this company. Almost cancelled the order and Jason took some of the boards out of the packaging to put them together and send us a photo and we’re no customer photos online of what we chose. This helped massively and we decided to go ahead with the order and I’m very happy we did!”
