“I came across your website and was intrigued by the range and prices. I wanted samples so I can best pick a floor to match my worktops. I called customer service and spoke to Judith who was SO helpful. I mentioned my worktops and my need to order quite soon so Judith offered to send me photos of the samples. This was so much better for me than waiting for the samples to be delivered so I was super pleased to hear I can get the exact match as my worktops. I was confident that it was going to match. I placed my order with the 10% discount and delivery was efficient and delivered as advised. Ido love a bit of a discount! Delivery cost isn't extortionate like some supplies charge nearly £50 for just standard delivery. Super happy with Judith's service, you're a star!”
