“I viewed the website with ease. Found samples and easily ordered them. I made a mistake and there was a small fee of £0.94......fine, samples looked fantastic so more than happy to pay. Unfortunately could not pay by Mastercard. I did not want to not receive my samples so rang the office. Very pleasant gentleman advised me of my error and how to rectify it. I did this in an instant, re ordered samples ....they arrived today. The quality of your service matches the quality of your tile ....Outstanding 👏👏👏👏”

“I purchased flooring in 2019 for a property I lived in at the time . It has worn really well, still looks like new. Now I've moved house and I'm planning to make another purchase in the near future. Customer service is excellent .”

“Good value as we’ve used this company before. However, we were a bit disappointed this time as we were charged £30 for express delivery but was then informed that the flooring was out of stock? So, been waiting over a week and not delivered. We did email them but had no reply”

“We bought our last flooring from discount flooring depot we did the whole house and it was absolutely fantastic no problems with it at all We lived there for five years not a mark on it as tough as old boots. We’ve moved and as soon as a builder moves out we will be putting the traditions flooring down through the whole property. (I’ve just poured water on a couple of the sample pieces left them for 12 hours wipe the water off put it over a radiator and it’s not bubbled are marked or anything very impressed.) The staff are absolutely great. agreed they’re trying to sell you a product but they’re friendly and helpful about it not pushy at all.”

“EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! They helped me work out the correct amount of flooring, Dean was very kind as I called several times as was not sure on which flooring to order. I will be using Discount Flooring again for future flooring needs. Would recommend using as they have exceeded expectations! The Customer Service team is GREAT!!!”

“God Bless This company is brilliant, there was a mistake with my order. They dealt with it very quickly. They were polite at all times and delivery man was also very helpful.
