“This is the second time we have bought flooring from this company to revamp my mums old and new flats on a tight budget and on both occasions have been extremely impressed with the quality of the flooring, delivery, and price! Both floors have been very easy to install and give a high end look for an excellent price. Customer services from the depot that I called (shout out Dean Critchley) and the delivery driver were very helpful. Can 100% recommend and we will use again on our next project.”

“The flooring delivery was quite quick and hassle-free. We received plenty of information on when the delivery is due to happen and that this will be a curb delivery so we could prepare ourselves for it. Unfortunately, 2 boxes delivered were damaged. I contacted customer service and received a response within minutes with new boxes being delivered the following day! AMAZING!! Super pleased with the order and delivery experience. We haven't installed the floors yet, so can't comment on the product itself yet.”

“Good price for all flooring, both on sale and standard pricing. We eventually went for a line that was on sale which suited the room it was to be laid in. Delivery and communication was great, we were contacted shortly before the delivery took place, and the delivery driver even pointed out some minor damage that had occured during transit before I accepted the delivery, so I had the option of returning if I wanted. The damage only affected the packaging and not the flooring within, but it was nice that this was pointed out to me before accepting the delivery as I would not have noticed this myself before the courier left. The quality of the flooring I purchased is fantastic. I have bought and laid quite a lot of laminate flooring previously, and quality wise this is better than more expensive flooring I've purchased previously. Fitting was pretty standard fiddly tongue and groove with laminate, but due to the quality of the flooring it was a better experience than other laminate floorings I have laid. I had to pull up the flooring halfway through the job due to my own oversight; it came up and went back down extremely easily. Would recommend and will be buying from Discount Flooring again in future.”
