“The overall experience was positive. However, the images on the website were far from what I got as samples (what looked as 3 totally different colours turned out to be very similar ones), so I was a bit disappointed that only 3 samples were allowed.”

“Lovely samples, choose my flooring, spoke to a lady online who is absolutely lovely & so helpful. My order arrived. it is completely the wrong colour, I ordered a faded chalk (grey) got ivory oak (pale brown.) aftercare APPALLING! Spoke to a guy on phone who argued with me! Emailed in - no response. will never recommend or use again”

“Service was great. Ordered a sample and pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to pay postage and it came quickly. Sample of flooring is really good quality and hard wearing. Will definitely be placing order as soon as we're ready”

“It took 2 people to lay a 24 sq mtr room in about 18 hours which includes moving furniture and our total wastage was 3 boards one was my fault cutting wrong, i was told by neighbours the dogs claws would scratch it but i doubt it very much. Overall very pleased”
