“From ordering & receiving of samples to a phone call with Judith this morning, I would have to say; I'm impressed. No pushing for a sale, instead, Judith discussed the laminate flooring in really good detail and offered more help and advice should we need it. If Discount Flooring Depot's products are as good as their customer service, then I'm sure we shall be ordering from them soon. Many thanks to Judith.”

“I contacted the sales department and spoke to Migdalia and she advised what product to purchase she was so helpful, I'm glad I contacted her as I would have purchased items that I wouldn't have needed and could have affected the joints in the flooring I was purchasing. Thank you again Migdalia”

“Unfortunately, I have had a bad experience with this company, make sure you get a sample before purchasing, because the description of the goods cannot be relied upon. My order arrived different in reality to the pictures on the site, but from then you are on your own, they don’t take any responsibility. My advice, buy elsewhere.”

“Samples and flooring was delivered quickly and efficiently. However, when we received our order the underlay was missed. We contacted the customer service team and were told the finance team will be in touch to confirm the refund - 5 working days have now passed and still no refund. The delay is causing significant frustration as we do not have the disposable funds to cover the cost of a new underlay. Customer service of this business is not satisfactory. Very disappointing.”
