“Great price, great quality. Quick delivery and phone line gave me an ETA on the day of delivery. Kerbside delivery but did put it where I wanted him to for ease. Smooth from purchase to placement.”

“RIP off returns flat fee of £75. When it’s £30 for delivery this is totally unnecessary. Loss of £105 if you don’t like the flooring or it doesn't look like it does online. Don’t waste your time with this company and get your flooring from a shop instead.”

“Product wasn't in stock but was quickly told when I could expect delivery and was kept up to date as the date arrived. Product arrived as stipulated and appears to be great quality and clocks together nicely. Would have no issues in recommended to others”

“Great service. Samples were sent quickly and were free. Staff member contacted me to ask whether the samples had arrived and if I needed any more or any advice. Staff member emailed me (because I couldn't answer the call). Spoke to staff member asking for advice and he suggested alternative products and gave advice. Excellent manner and reasonable price.”

“The flooring is good. The service not so much. We paid for an express delivery but we ended up getting it delayed by 1 week. I would advise people to not pay for any express or super express delivery as even the standard delivery will do the job. Our job got delayed by a week because of this. Would have given 5 stars but because of service giving 3 stars. It has been a few days now since our flooring was done. It looks good and stirdy.”

The whole process from start to finish has been smooth thanks to the team at DFD, especially Jason who was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous on every interaction. I am really happy with the flooring from DFD. I would not hesitate in recommending Discount Flooring Depot to anyone.”
