“Dear Discount Flooring, Shann and I just wanted to say thank you for you patience while we decided which flooring we liked, sending us several samples to try out. When the order arrived 12 boards in two boxes were damaged, not your fault, these things happen, but you immediately arranged for two replacement boxes of tiles to be delivered, which we have received safe and sound. Everyone we spoke to at Discount Flooring were helpful and friendly and we would like to thank you all for the service you gave us. Best wishes, Phil and Shann Madsen, Swanage.”

“We looked at a few flooring places as we weren’t sure what we wanted and we noticed this place did free samples. We searched a huge range of different colours, depths, patterns the range was fantastic, we settled on 3 and ordered samples which arrived in 3 days and they were perfect. We are now planning when to purchase as so far service has been great and they have exactly what we want at the best prices we have found online.
