“I have used discount flooring for my business and customer for quite sometime and have always had excellent service on the last order sadly it was incomplete and damaged as the situation we all know is normally send all sorts of evidence in and emails going backwards and forwards a shining light it was also a Friday late afternoon dreading the worst I contacted discount flooring immediately and told them and without any delay or hesitation I was told who to contact and more importantly how and quickly too. I got an email very promptly apologising and to also inform that they will be despatch ING replacements out immediately to my joy they where all here and safe Monday morning, excellent service thank you for restoring faith back into customer services. Overall I would highly recommend this company not only for the quality of the flooring but also the excellent customer satisfaction received not to mention the cost. I’ve had my flooring down for several years and it still looks as good today as it did then.”
