“First time using discount flooring depot. A little nervous at first as buying online can sometimes be difficult as you can't see or feel the product. My flooring was delivered and very happy. Good quality and no damage which I was most nervous about. I have seen some reviews at people moaning about the £30 delivery fee but I think it's very reasonable considering that it's delivered to your doorstep and I happily paid the £30 instead of lugging them out of the shop yourself, into your car and back into your house. Will definitely be ordering again when I replace my living room floor.”

“Previously purchased flooring for bathroom and was so, so pleased with it. In fact, I was so pleased with the flooring and very impressed with the company, that I have now just purchased flooring for the whole house. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Going on my experience alone, I would definitely recommend Discount Flooring Depot.”

“Brilliant customer service when we needed further information. We then got a follow up call to check if everything was okay as she hadn't seen our order come through (my husband called but we used my name on the order). She was super helpful and friendly. Delivery came quickly and packaged well. No issues so far - yet to install the flooring and will review further once it has been fitted. Thanks”
