“We have ordered from discount flooring before and we were so impressed we have used them again. The samples came quickly & after using the visualiser it was easy to make the right choice. On the first occasion I needed help from customer services, the lady was excellent, helpful and knowledgeable. Delivery was prompt & efficient even though I was unable to access the tracking information for a rough time slot. Thank you”

“A really good selection of products. The 12mm laminate I choose has been hard wearing and just recently purchased some more to extend into the hallway. Delivery was always on time and exactly as ordered. Can't ask for much more :)”
