“Ordered polar oak laminate flooring, very quick delivery and great price ,I've laid this today ,very pleased with flooring,looks great all joints are really tight no annoying gaps ,I've laid laminate flooring quite a few times and I'd say this has to be the best I've ever out down and it wasn't even the most expensive, absolutely brilliant thanks to all concerned 👍”

“Be careful with their recommendations! Absolutely terrible experience. The sales person over the phone told us to order the only type of underlay they have for LVT. As soon as the product arrived, our builder, plumber AND manufacture of our underfloor heating advised strongly against putting this underlay down. When I raised this with them, they said product would be 'suitable' although it wouldn't be at all energy efficient. They made me paid for the return, even when they sent me something I didn't ask for Their customer service is a joke, it doesn't matter who you speak to, all emails come from the same inbox with no names anywhere, so even if you ask to speak to the manager or escalate the issue with a format complain, it's probably the same person answering. Their return policy said it takes 10 days for a refund to be processed, and of course they waited until the last minute to do so. I'd not recommend this company at all”
