“Jason Reid helped us pick out some extra samples as we weren’t too keen on the colours of the first lot we ordered. He was super helpful and very quick. We’ve had a great experience so far and hopefully we can use Discount Flooring when we move house at the end of August. We are first time buyers and this company had the best value for money.”

“Good quality laminate flooring, delivered on time but one pack was damaged, I sent a picture via email regarding the pack and they responded extremely fast and sent out a new pack the day after. Hats off to the company, that is how you do it. Will definitely be ordering again.”

“Easy to order samples online but it took a week for them to arrive. Probably Royal Mail at fault there though! The samples were a good size which helps to make a decision. I’ve used Discount Flooring several times before and their customer service is always excellent, so I’ve returned to purchase more flooring and underlay.”

“I ordered a flooring sample that was quickly delivered, mainly to check on the colouring. I then ordered all of the engineering laminate on line using their calculation tools, the underlay and the edge trim pieces. Found the system easy to use and all at a reasonable price.”
