“Very good customer service as they call to check if the customer is happy to receive the order and their feedback. Unfortunately the colour of the sample received did not match how it looked in the pictures on the website.”

“Discount Flooring Depot were fantastic after we were let down by our previously carpet supplier (a well known high street store) where we got as far as being notified that our order was out for deliver when in fact it had been out of stock when we ordered. When we eventually got out money back (3 months later!) we put an order in with DFD. Our carpet was delivered exactly within the date range specified and the delivery driver was friendly and helpful. We really love the new carpet and were surprised by the quality compared with the low cost. Really recommend this place for carpets, so reasonably priced and quick order completion. In the future I'll definitely be coming back.”

“Parents ordered samples, they never turned up so I ordered some more for them, they took a week to arrive and were so small it’s impossible to get any kind of idea of graining or colour. Less than half the size of all other samples we received”
