“The customer service I received from various people at Discount Flooring Depot was very good. The only negative part I had is the person that was assigned to me was a bit pushy......I understand they are trying to make a sale but after I had received a quote from Discount Flooring Depot which is valid for 7 days, I was being urged to place the order by being told that they can’t guarantee if the flooring would go by the time I place the order. That was the only negative experience.”

The whole process from start to finish was easy and the samples came quickly. The colour charts/photos online are brilliant, the samples matched them well. Looking forward to placing our order and putting our new flooring down. Would 100% reccomend this company!”

After I gave a call the nice lady in discount flooring depot rearrange delivery for the next day early morning. I could definitely recommend the floors quality is absolutely brilliant and such a nice customer service 10/10 !!! Love it .”

“I ordered 37sqm of Balterio white loft laminate , I wasn't quite ready for delivery so the guys kept it at the depot for me , I called them when I was ready and they delivered it exactly when I needed it , The delivery guy was great and put the pallet exactly where we wanted it there was no Health and Safety risk , and he just went the extra mile , I love the Flooring and have it in 3 Room s in my house the price is also really good”
