“The delivery was super speedy and everything was packaged up nicely! When opening the package was pleasantly surprised at the quality. Also their customer service team is always super responsive and helpful!”

“good quality sample which gave me a much better appreciation of what the floor might look like. However given the nature of the finish I would have liked to have recieved 2 samples to see how they looked when clipped together. This probably isn't neccessary for most finishes.”

“Excellent service - I needed to add an additional pack of flooring and emailed customer services over the weekend. I received a reply first thing on the Monday morning, a call soon after that, the additional pack was included and still received the whole order on the original delivery date.”
