“Very helpful customer service”

“Great service. Samples were sent quickly and were free. Staff member contacted me to ask whether the samples had arrived and if I needed any more or any advice. Staff member emailed me (because I couldn't answer the call). Spoke to staff member asking for advice and he suggested alternative products and gave advice. Excellent manner and reasonable price.”

The whole process from start to finish has been smooth thanks to the team at DFD, especially Jason who was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous on every interaction. “I have already recommended this company to people already who are wanting to change their flooring as it was a very fast easy service to use. I loved the way if I used my measurements the website tells you exactly how many packs of flooring you need and also how you send samples for free. It certainly encourages people to buy if they can see something in person as photos aren’t always the same. Delivery got dated from the 2nd-5th and it come on the 2nd! Highly recommend”
