“Customer service and overall look of flooring 10/10 however the machining quality of the flooring selected was very poor and a lot of the boards were bowed”

“I was really impressed with a grey flooring and was about to order 11m2 but was put off by the very high delivery charge. I would have definitely ordered otherwise but may as well buy locally and pay more per sqM.”

“We ordered some floor samples for our new house. We were really pleased the samples were free and were really pleased with the quality. We weren’t expecting the quality to be so good for the price but we were totally wrong. We cannot wait to move and get our new flooring down.”

“Based on the samples received I'm very pleased. Samples as quite big. I received them very fast (1st came from 3 companies I've used). They also added sample of the undelay which is very good and if I go ahed, I will order it as it's much better that competitors. Laminates I've ordered looks OK - seems to be good quality. If we like colour we will go ahead.”
