“1st time using discount flooring and can highly recommend them. My product came Friday and unfortunately had signs of damage to some of the pieces. Took pictures and filled the provided online form in. Within 20mins I had a reply asking for a couple more pictures which I sent. Within around another 20mins another response came through saying they will / have despatched another pack.as a replacement. Wow what an after sales service, never experienced anything as quick , efficient and hassle free . Top marks to all involved.”

“I would recommend making a uniform naming template so all SPC vinyl floors have that in their title. I bought a LVT floor not realizing it was the rigid core SPC, and we planned to use it for a vehicle conversion. Unfortunately the SPC is entirely too heavy and your team is now saying it will be 75GBP to return the ONE box I bought for 85GBP, which is absurd. In addition to a naming template for the digital marketing team, I'd suggest adding weight of the flooring to the website. That would be helpful. Bottom line, any company is competing with Amazon these days and charging 75GBP for a return isn't any way to compete.”

“Laminate tiles came on a pallet sort of covered in clear plastic, but that did not stop the rain from getting in (good job I ordered wet proof tiles. The straps holding the pack’s together were done up fairly tight casing slight damage to two tiles. I will use these as part of the off cuts”
