“I have found it very difficult to find flooring which isn’t based on a timber style floorboard. Discount Flooring sent me two exemplars, one concrete and the other a limestone. The limestone was really lovely but too similar to kitchen wood tones. The concrete would have been perfect if a little lighter. The search goes on but the service from Discount Flooring has been great. Top tip guys, try and get lighter shades of concrete.”

“First time I have ordered flooring online and would again. I had a lady called Judith who helped me all the way through and was very helpful. I ordered some expensive flooring but there was a problem with the delivery. It was sorted out and delivered the next morning by 8.30. I had the delivery refunded and you cant ask for more than that. The flooring is of such great quality, we all love it and are more than happy with it. The price was the best on the internet and I had lots spare and there was no problem with returning it for a full refund. Some boards were damaged when the boxes were opened and again no problem what so ever with refunds. I really could not have asked for a better service even if it was face to face.”

“The flooring is great and we've now got laminate in most of our house because its that good and feels great under foot. Nice and speedy delivery and great customer service! I had a large number of packs delivered but unfortunately in transit the top layer had become completely soaked. I took pictures and contact customer support and they sent out replacement packs which arrived the very next day!”
