“Dealing with Judith, the whole experience was brilliant. I explained what I was looking for after ordering a few samples by myself online. She pulled out a few similar options I’d not seen and the I chose one of her choices. Brilliant floor. Excellent value for money and I’ve told my floor layer to use them in future and everyone else I know. Chuffed with results.”

“I have received samples and will place an order shortly. My dad found this company, he rang to request samples and the lady was so helpful and sent them straight away as he wanted them asap. He placed an order and again the service was great. The packs arrived as described & he is over the moon with how easy they are to lay”

“The floor looks great and the click and lock system works perfectly however I did have in total 5 damaged planks in my delivery which could not be seen until the packs were opened, whether this is down to delivery or storage I could not say luckily I ordered more than I needed so it wasn’t to much of an issue”

“I can only rate the free samples process for Discount Flooring Depot but would rate it 5*. I ordered a couple of samples first, then following a short phone call from them, they sent me more which I felt was going above and beyond what I expected. The samples arrived quickly and include what is highly likely to be my final choice - just considering doing the kitchen as well as the bathroom so a bit of delay making my final choice/purchase.”

“We had a rocky start with delivery being pushed back but customer service were great with very quick reply. My floor come out of 13packs 4 were damaged. I emailed immediately with photos to show still on the pallet. I had floor delivered the next day which was great can’t fault them. The floor it self is great and very happy with my choice after having samples sent first! I would recommend.”

“Ordered 3 samples, they were adequate in size & delivered promptly however they were too light in colour so I then ordered 1 more in a slightly darker shade which we are now going to order. We have requested samples from a few online companies in the past couple of weeks, our experience with all of the other companies has been abysmal to be honest, wrong samples sent, samples so small you can’t asses what they will look like, some samples just not turning up, Discount Flooring Depot are the only ones so far who have given us the confidence to order”
